Delta cancellation help explains how to cancel, who to contact and what refund or credit may apply. Whether you receive a refund, an Delta credit or nothing depends on the fare and the reason for cancellation.
If Delta cancels your flight, you may be able to request a refund instead of accepting a credit or rebooking. Read what you are offered before you accept.
Keep your confirmation number and written proof of cancellation. If you bought through a travel agency, the cancellation may need to go through them.
Refunds and credits are decided by the airline and the fare rules, not by Book a Flight. Fares labeled refundable and flights the airline cancels are treated differently from voluntary cancellations.
Delta operates a major hub at Atlanta and significant operations at New York JFK, Boston, Seattle and Los Angeles.

Can I call Book a Flight about my Delta booking?
Yes. Call +1-855-365-0395 and we will explain your options. We are an independent service and not part of Delta.
Will I get a refund if I cancel?
It depends on your fare and the airline's rules. Refundable fares and airline-initiated cancellations are treated differently. We cannot guarantee a refund.

A refund goes back to your payment method. A credit stays with the airline and may expire.
