- Schedule change assistance
Whether a change is free, costs a fee or a fare difference depends on the fare you bought and the airline's current rules. Check your fare conditions before you decide.
Types of changes
Common changes include a new travel date, a different return date, an earlier or later departure time and an altered connection. Same-day changes follow separate, often more limited, rules. Questions about this? Call +1-855-365-0395 to talk through your situation.
What a change can cost
Depending on the fare, a change may be free, carry a fee, or require paying the fare difference. Basic fares are often not changeable at all. Always compare the change cost with the price of a new ticket.
When the airline changes your schedule
If an airline makes a significant schedule change, you may have options such as accepting the new time, choosing another flight, or requesting a refund. What applies depends on how large the change is and the airline's policy. Questions about this? Call +1-855-365-0395 to talk through your situation.
Tips before you change
Have your record locator ready, know your fare class, and decide your flexibility on dates and airports. Make changes as early as possible since choices narrow near departure.
